To view or print the online version of this guide, follow the directions below.

  1. To begin printing, make sure Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ is installed on your computer. If it is not installed, click on the icon below to link directly to Adobe's Web site, where you can download the application free of charge.

  2. Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed, click on the image of the Internet Guide above. The 64-page document should open automatically on your screen. If a dialogue box prompts you to save the document, save it to a location on your hard drive. Then open that document directly from your hard drive.

  3. From the File menu, choose Print. The guide will print in its entirety.
