To view or print the online version of this guide, follow the directions
below.
- To begin printing, make sure Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ is
installed on your computer. If it is not installed, click on the icon below
to link directly to Adobe's Web site, where you can download the application
free of charge.

- Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed, click on the image of the
Internet Guide above. The 64-page document should open automatically on your
screen. If a dialogue box prompts you to save the document, save it to a
location on your hard drive. Then open that document directly from your hard
drive.
- From the File menu, choose Print. The guide will print in its
entirety.
