Why did you choose to become a teacher? I enjoy teaching math to young kids, and I hope to positively influence their lives.

What is the most challenging part about teaching? Motovating the students to "want" to learn math.

As a teacher, what are the most important qualities that a student should possess to achieve success? Hard work; students who are lazy are only hurting themselves.

Your advice to the upcoming freshman: Work hard in the beginning. Don't wait until your last 2 years it may be too late.

What class or classes do you teach and what will the class be studying and learning? Algebra 2 and Geometry

How much and what kinds of homework can your students expect?
Homework is limited in my class, but that is determined through student behavior. If they don't use class time they will have more.

Special Projects that will be completed throughout the semester: End of course group project.

What is the best way for your students to communicate with you? Email or come talk to me.

Do you offer tutoring? If yes, when and where: yes, upon students request I will give before and after school help. The math department also offers tutoring.
