Why did you choose to become a teacher? My passion is cooking and my joy is teaching.

What is the most challenging part about teaching? Keeping my students safe.

Your advice to the upcoming freshman: Mistakes of today follow you forever

What class or classes do you teach and what will the class be studying and learning? Culinary Arts I, II & III; we will clean and cook. Everything from gravy to cutting up a chicken.

How much and what kinds of homework can your students expect? Not much, maybe some cooking at home.

Special projects that will be completed throughout semester: Competition, events, outreach to the community.

What is the best way for your students to communicate with you? Face to Face .

Do you offer tutoring? If yes, when and where? Anytime

Other Comments: I couldn't see myself teaching anywhere but Volunteer. I am very proud of all my students.
